I am renting right now and I have been here over a year. I’m planning on buying something In here as soon as I can. The people are very friendly lots of activities. The pools are the cleanest I have seen. I lived in Sun City, Palm Desert, and none of their pools are as clean as sun gate the clubhouse, the restrooms, all spotless. The laundry room is updated and nice. Even the tiny gym is great both pools. The upper and lower are amazing and the hot tubs work great. This is the best deal in the desert? I only wish we had a dog park and more trees and grass, but you can’t have everything. The location is perfect.

I've been here 3.5 years now! No complaints. Clean, quiet and convenient. Neighbors are nice, not obtrusive. Tiny town, tiny homes is perfect for me!

Had the opportunity to replacer repair a few roofs here. The people were always super nice. The grounds, pool, clubhouse and rest rooms were very well kept and clean. There is also a pretty good view.

The Park Models are really cute but absolutely too close, barely room for 1bed room & 1 space for a car !!!.Park Owner should take out every other small house & plant more trees & grass !!!.It needs shade from Hot Sun & more privacy for Residents !🥳😎🌹🏜️⛱️....

My ex stepfather still lives there but my first time there was back in the 70s use go there almost every weekend nice pool quiet place to relax and enjoy the Mountain scenery

I bought my lot here because it was right between downtown Palm Springs and a La Quinta and I visit both places a lot... The property is always been well maintained and the mountains surround it keeping the winds to a minimum... It's nice having a pool at the lower part of the property and a larger pool at the top with a very nice clubhouse and television Room for entertaining the kids... In the most recent years I found that there seems to be a higher and higher demand for these lots and mobil trailers during "the season" ... In the last few years or seems to be and influx of snowbirds.... Properties have maintained their value over the years and everybody in here is very friendly and the parties are great... I have been here over 25 years now and it just gets better every year
