I have worked with Carol for at least a half a dozen years from two perspectives - we rented multiple houses on Green Lake from her company Sunrise Property Management and loved the experience so much, we finally decided to purchase a home. As a renter we had no problems whatsoever with respect to having Sunrise Property Management handling our maintenance issues expeditiously - excellent job! As an owner now, Carol has not only been been able to consistently rent out our home on the lake at top dollar each summer, but more importantly, she finds courteous and respectful tenants that take care of the property. I have never felt insecure about having my beautiful home managed by Sunrise Property Management. Carol has some clients that go back 30+ years which I find to be exceptional!!! My Grade A+++++

Please do not use this rental agency. We rented a house the week of July 4th. It was extremely hot and humid outside, but inside was even worse. The AC was broken, and upon calling the agency it was implied we were not using the thermostat correctly. After many phone calls and hours of waiting an HVAC person was finally sent. This however did not fix the problem. It was 84 degrees in the house and 94 degrees outside. With 12 in our party, including 2 babies, we had to leave the house and stay elsewhere for the next 24 hours until the problem was “solved”. (Which was a band-aid for a larger problem).

I rent through VRBO 2-3 times per year. At each place I’ve stayed there are very clear directions/instructions about the house and leaving procedures. This house had NONE, leaving us with many many unanswered questions the entire week. The agency did request we do not use the owners towels. We brought our own bath towels and beach towels, but were unsure if that included dish towels. Dish towels were out and accessible in the kitchen. We did use some of them, but washed them before leaving. We were charged $100 from our security deposit for this. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

The house itself was lovely, but there was an ant problem in some of the rooms. If that was the only issue, I could live with it and not write a negative review. But the composite of all the problems is too much to remain silent. Rent at your own risk!!!!!
