Our home we had been in for nearly 19 years. We had done many upgrades to our home and We were nervous that some people might not like the tile/wood flooring / and paint colors we had chosen but they delivered. We had an in home meeting on a Monday and did photos of the entire house and property. We listed a few days later and did an open house on Sunday and by Thursday of that week we were in escrow. Both Mike and Vanessa were in constant contact with myself and my wife and the buyer to make sure everything went smoothly.
