Sunset Properties - Gulf Shores, Alabama

For our family vacation we rented two condos in Gulf Shores / Fort Morgan, Alabama. Before we arrived they had a water pipe break so one of our condos had holes in two of the bathroom ceilings. The other condo had so much damage they had to switch us to a duplex.

The condo at The Dunes was really nice and very spacious. The view of the ocean was nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, and utensils. It definitely had a home always from home type feel. The swimming pool was very clean and the water was warm. The only complaint we had was that the exercise room didn’t have a lot of space or equipment to choose from.

The duplex we had was also very nice. It was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and well kept. It was also well stocked with kitchen necessities. There was a pool no more than 50 yards away. The only downside to the duplex is that the only view we had was of the duplex across the street.

I would recommend Sunset Properties. I would not recommend the travel insurance they offer though. It was not good at all. If you want to get travel insurance check into different companies. Do not go through Red Sky.

The room is very clean and updated. Has a separate bedroom with a large TV. The bathroom is very clean, with a walk in shower. Only drawback it is right next to the ice cream shop and tacky jacks.(very busy). The deck has a great view of the marina with sunsets and sunrise. Make sure to ride the jet skis best in town.

Condo was awesome. Nice indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub. Great beach view from our balcony. Had everything you will need to cook & was clean. It is a little bit of a walk to the water, but definitely close enough. There is a trail to the beach access & the Beach wasn't crowded. Just don't leave your shoes. Mine were stolen. Guess someone else needed them more. ?‍♀️
Not many restaurants & the ones that are there are fairly high, but There is a dollar general close by to get supplies to cook. Fishing pier right down the road at fort Morgan. And several walking trails down the opposite way with beach access but they to require quite a bit of walking.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful “Grace” beach house. It was absolutely perfect for our large family! 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, commercial ice machine!! Very spacious & beautiful views of the ocean & sunset vibes were amazing!!!

Reel House was absolutely wonderful. We loved being close to the beach and also being able to step outside and see the bay and fish and crab in the evenings. The home is absolutely adorable and has everything you need . We will definitely be making this our new home away from home on our trips to Fort Morgan .

We always have such a wonderful stay with sunset properties! Customer service is top notch - any time there is an issue it is handled quickly and efficiently, properties are always clean and well maintained! Prices always the best! Love love staying with sunset!

We really enjoyed the location. Canal Rd has so many good restaurants to chose from. Close to the wharf, altho we missed the Kane Brown concert, ugh. Enjoyed watching boats come and go. Not too far from the beaches but just far enough. Very nice get away

This is our 3rd time renting from Sunset properties. Everything was perfect from start to finish...from the friendly knowledgable girls in the office to the beautiful well stocked condo to maintenance (tv issue that was addressed promptly)
We will absolutely continue to book our vacations through Sunset Properties! They are 100% the best at what they do!
