Teresa Adams is one of the best real estate agents we’ve worked with. Her local knowledge was invaluable as we were looking in an area we were not very familiar with. Teresa quickly got to know us and understood what we were looking for. Within 3 days of meeting her, we were putting in an offer on our dream home and closed in less than 10 days. She even wrote out a draft of the offer the night before our showing knowing how motivated we were and how quickly homes sell in this real estate climate. We’ve been in our home for almost a week now and she has recommended some great places and services like where to shop, a landscaper and more. I had a great experience here! Teresa Adams was my agent. In addition to her excellent customer service, the staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I prefer to use locally-based realty brokers in lieu of the national franchises because they typically are a few steps faster and years wiser than their competition. Sunshine has recently represented me in three buy/sell transactions and provided great service. My agent Teresa Adams was on the ball and able to also help me hit the ground running with local contractors and other valuable tidbits in Fallbrook. Highly recommend.

I met my realtor, Teresa Adams, by the side of the road one day when I was out driving by properties. I really wanted to see the property she was showing to another client. To her credit, she explained she was with clients and couldn't interrupt their time, but we arranged to see the property later in the day. What we found was the realtor that we actually wanted to have help us. We had tried to see homes we wanted to see the prior weekend, but that agent literally refused to show us homes that weren't his listings! Teresa got to know us and we started seeing property together. We finally found our dream property after a couple of months and Teresa did everything she could to make sure we got it! we love living in Bonsall and recommend Teresa with Sunshine Properties. Shes honest, pays attention and is always there to fill in the blanks to the zillion questions that come up. Thanks Teresa

Seriously hate that I’m forced to give them 1 star. Sunshine properties is a horrible company and I would NEVER recommend them. If you do choose to use them go to a guy named Fred and STAY AWAY from Eva. Worst real-estate company we have ever used.
