My mom left me her home/property and with her getting up in age and passing on to be with the Lord, it was better sweet that I came to the conclusion that I sale her home. I wasn’t sure on how to go about this, I had checked on several companies that would buy the home/property as is, but their offers was too low. Due to the condition of the house/property, I know that I would not get what the total worth was, I just wanted to get enough to pay off the exiting mortgage and any other fees and taxes. I must say that Danielle, Christian and the entire Superior Homebuyers team was with me every step of the way. They truly help me deal with the stress of this and made the process smooth. As I said earlier it’s a Sad end but a New Beginning.
