Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this company. We tried to have them manage our house in Colorado. Communication was not there and even if we leave a message or text it takes weeks or even days to acknowledge. I would definitely not recommend this company. We also had asked to leave keys to be drop off to a company, the keys were left unattended at our house. The level of professionalism and treatment we got was unacceptable. Both our prospect renters had similar experience to the communication. If you want to build clients and customers please ensure you act with sense of urgency. Even acknowledging that you are working behind the scenes we have to make phone calls, emails and text just to reach Christy. Yet doesn’t acknowledge that they received the call .Unprofessional and never again!

From the tour of the home to the move in process, SMP has been awesome with communication and making sure that we had everything we needed for our new home! Very excited to be with a company who cares about the tenants and has a clear and organized process for how they do things!

Edit 4/17/25: Just had our first inspection with Christy and she made it a point to ask if there were any concerns for us as tenants and made notes of them. As always appreciate SPMs service, quick and attentive.

Very poor experience, they are horrible with communication sent our lease over a week later after they were so demanding for us to get our stuff done. After we had jumped through hoops with the application fee, pet screening ect. They finally sent our lease on a Sunday to be signed and the security deposit was also to be paid, never was explained any of the fees associated(there were many) or why the move in amount was what it was. A little after they had sent the lease we tried calling emailing to possibly get assistance on the break down of the fees, no response what so ever, Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this company save your money!
