Suwerte does not care about their residents . They receive kick backs from tow companies. Tow truck arrives at 11pm-midnight to tow peoples cars. Would not recommend. They are charging 100 $ for a monthly parking permit.

Great experience working with Jason Olaivar, at Suwerte. I am a real estate broker and brought in my client, that I have been working with for a year to purchase pre-existing condos, to see the models at Suwerte.
Jason was very helpful to us on the get go and friendly. He is very organize and has all the paperwork prepared for me. He was very cordial, patient and was always ready to help in any way to make it a good experience for my client to purchase new construction. My boyfriend and I are shopping around for homes and highly considering the Chula Vista area,. One day we decided to drive through this area all the way from Downtown San Diego and stopped at Suwerte to get a tour. Unfortunately in order to get a tour you must book online and reserve a appointment, understandable considering that it is Covid (it is very difficult to find by the way as far being able to book a appointment through their website)] as I was told by one of their employees, I believe her name was Diane as mentioned above in one of the negative reviews. As she was finishing up helping the family in front of me, she barely acknowledged me, she told me that she would get to me after she was done, so I patiently waited for my turn. Once she was done, she looked me at me in way which made me feel uncomfortable. She barley had any information and was very short with her responses. Another family that just finished touring came in while I was standing there asking questions and she didn’t even have the same respect as she did for the previous family, instead of telling them to wait she started to talk to them over me literally over my head, I never felt so invisible in my life as I was left just standing there waiting for her to finish helping them. When they finally left she just stood there making the encounter very awkward. Her responses to my questions was answered in a way to persuade me not to even attempt to go through with the process. If you judge people off of their appearance, race or age just say that! On the bright side I visited Alay (twice) now and the experience was Amazing each time, the gentleman was very nice, warm, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive even personable. Their models are gorgeous so sad they only had 1 model home left for sale.

The fact that they reply with automated responses is also crazy to me, like you don’t even have the decency to construct a humane response! Mindless Robots

We are very pleased and happy with SUWERTE. Our experience started ever since they set up the first office. We were one of the very few that were able to find this gold mine. We meet Jason and his staff, they were always there to answer any questions, and we had lots! When we signed the agreement, everything was disclosed and clear. We were delighted to be able to custom our house with the different options at the decor center and only choose what we wanted. The selections were beautiful and refreshing. Providing the necessary upgrade to make our house SMART was a great idea, as part of our package! Jason was always there with a smile and always answered our emails and calls, even while he was on vacation he answered our concerns! SUWERTE is a great community and were glad and excited to be the first ones here! They still greet us and still are available even after we signed our final paperwork. It is delightful, and they accommodated us in every concern! they are professionals and honest hard working folks. We are delighted, happy and proud to be a part of SUWERTE. I welcome anyone to see and feel the great difference and see for them selves how different from the rest of the other developers. Thank you guys great work!
