Suzanne is a lifesaver! I recently moved to another town and needed to sell my house in Bakersfield. She patiently answered all my questions and explained the process to me. She even gave me some fantastic recommendations for movers and donation places. A week before closing was scheduled, we ran into a few big problems. She was amazing!! She did SO much work to solve the problems and negotiate with everyone. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She is experienced, remains calm under pressure, and is wonderful at problem-solving. I am so grateful I met her and was able to have her guide me through that experience.

I have had numerous experiences buying and selling Real Estate. I have been fortunate to always have what I consider a 5-Star agent represent me and lead me through the selling buying process. Suzanne has taken the seat at the top of my list. She held my wife's and my hand guiding us through the harder parts, encouraged us, and always had the right answer. I can't imaging our experience being any better or easier. She is at the top of her class! Oh... I might add... our home sold in two weeks at full listing price. When my father passed away recently, we were in need of finding a home for a family member. We had so many things going on related to that and multiple family health issues. Moving back to Bakersfield after a couple of decades we were looking for an experienced real estate agent who could guide us in picking neighborhoods and understand the local market. Suzanne provided that and more. She was extremely patient because we weren't initially sure what we could afford and changed our minds on what were must haves vs. nice to haves. Well we found the right house after dealing with multiple offers on more than one house. I was extremely nervous about buying a home in a town far away from me and with which I was hardly familiar! I found Suzanne through a referral site of top Realtors. She reached out to me within 1 day. I sent her quite the list of questions regarding her qualifications and experience and she answered them all thoroughly. My whole home buying process took several months due to me only being able to drive up on the weekends. Suzanne worked with my schedule, was so patient with me and educated me on the area and the buying process.
