I cannot recommend Claire enough. There are some key requirements from a real estate agent such as knowledge of the area, of the market, of the quality of the home, and responsiveness etc., all of which Claire excels at and was above our expectations. On top of all that, it is her ability and inclination to go above and beyond to make our home buying experience as wonderful as it was that makes me want to recommend her to everyone I know that is looking.

She was an incredible realtor to have as first time home buyers. We were potentially a very difficult client because we did not know what we wanted. She was so patient with us, and was always reminding us that we can move at whatever pace we were comfortable with. She showed us over 20 homes even before we spoke to a lender to begin any meaningful budget conversations because we wanted some help looking at different types of homes.

She allowed us to take advantage of her vast network of professionals for all our home-buying needs. We shopped around for almost all services, but still ended up with her recommendations because they were the best priced and best in quality. This was a huge help given the size of the investment. This continues to help us because we are able to still tap into her connections to get our best options for renovations and repairs.

Her communications are unmatched. We did not know how good we had it until we had to interact with some sellers agents who were very difficult to communicate with. This really made us appreciate Claire so much more. Claire's general demeanor and disposition is fantastic - she is always cheerful and optimistic which was just a huge help during this sometimes frustrating process.

Finally I have to highlight her knowledge and experience. Her authority on all aspects relating to home-buying, ranging from legal and financial matters to insights about the area or crime, was a huge source of comfort. She was able to always contextualize complicated real-estate rules for our specific case to help us understand the full picture before we made any decisions. She also has a lot of experience in this field, and was able to protect us from overpaying as a result of past losses on offers etc.
