I retired two years ago and my wife and I prepared to move to our new home up in Central Oregon. We were going to keep our San Ramon home and lease it for two years. We found Craig Swenson to be our leasing agent and we could not have picked a better man and a better company. He found us a wonderful tenant and for the two years took great care of our property. He handled all issues as a few came up during that time.. Our tenant was happy and we were impressed by Craig and his team. Rent always on time, things that needed attention .. always done on time and very professionally. A first class organization and I recommend them highly.

Craig made renting my townhouse pain free. He was extremely responsive and has a ton of resources at his fingertips to have things fixed for my tenant, sometimes within hours. What was extremely impressive is during the sale of my rental Craig continued to be extremely helpful, responsive, and professional in working out the logistics with my realtor and tenant. Wonder how much this guy paid for all the fake reviews.

Edit: all of the 5/5 reviews are from profiles with only activity is 1 or 2 reviews, for random business on dif sides of the planet which were made a day or two apart. Most pics are of people with dif names on linkdin who live nowhere near either review location. All profiles reviews are 5 stars, sound generic and similar to all of the others, and 90% of the accounts were never active again. Dont take peoples offers when they call you offering paid reviews services for your business. They could at least put a little effort into it... I guess they only need to fool the general publics quick glance which they serve their purpose successfully.

I currently rent a unit from Craig which has recently been put on the market and sold. During my two years with him and now this process, he has always been very professional, helpful and customer service driven. I will miss this type of support!
