I cannot say enough fantastic things about Mike Acuri. I was looking to expand my business into a new location and did not know the Syracuse area very well (at all). Mike was impressively knowledgeable and had the best connections to the most beautiful of properties. He took a lot of time for me on his day off to patiently show me around the city. He navigated the entire real estate process like a true professional and held my hand through ALL aspects of the deal: from showing, to negotiations, and advocating for me to find the perfect spot. I felt Mike always had my best interest in mind and worked very hard for me. He's also exceptionally responsive, kind, and fast at setting up showings. He even worked really hard for me (again on his days off) to help contract review and saved me some money on a contract mistake from the other side of the deal. His attention to detail is impeccable.

I'm really impressed with Syracuse Realty Group and cannot say enough great things about Mike's knowledge and professionalism. Mike is who you want on your team when shopping in Syracuse! Thanks again for a 5 star experience!

I was referred to Mike Arcuri by a co-worker who knew him personally. I first met with Mike in the Spring of 2016 and discussed my real estate investment goals. Mike and I looked at many properties over the next 3 years. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient during the many times we looked, analyzed and put in offers on properties. Mike never pushed me into any property and put my best interest first. In August 2018 a purchase offer was accepted on a property. Mike assisted and guided me from the purchase offer until the closing making sure it was a smooth process. Mike continues to help me with questions I have along the way as this was my first apartment building purchase. I thank him for all the time energy and effort through these 7 years and I truly appreciate the relationship that we have built.

I also want to give praise and a thank you to the company co-owner, Ozzie, and operations manager, Brian, as they assisted me with various aspects for running my real estate business.

I would highly recommend any of my friends, family or co-workers to work with this team who are seriously looking to buy commercial property.

Mike Acuri (one of the owners of Syracuse realty) refused to refund my deposit after making an agreement to do so. Mind you, Mike did not return my calls, emails, texts for two months after I moved out. Mike finally replied nastily through text (cursing and extremely unprofessional) following numerous calls and emails I made to the main office! Mike’s excuses were bc the fridge had a few items left in it and maintenance had to patch nail holes where my TVs were mounted, he would keep my $1700’s, all after assuming me that tenets are allowed to mount TVs when I first moved in!
During my stay: After the first yr, I needed less space and was going to move out of the building, Mike moved me from my “niceish” two bedroom to a trashy one bedroom, neglecting to mention prior that every time the neighbors flushed their toilets it sounds like (literally) water gushing behind the walls followed by a LOUD BOOM. All day and all night SSSSHHH-KABOOM!!
The last straw: Mike disrespected me so badly through text that I told him to keep the money bc I do not want to deal with him anymore - just happy I finally got closure. Mike Acuri should not be allowed to deal with tenants and bc of him I would Nvr recommend this (surface) “nice looking” place to anyone. I forgot to mention the 2020 police-raid at 7am at my next door neighbors apartment smh

My mother made an appointment to view a home, and the agent no call, no showed. We called their offices, and the agents cell. Left messages. Nothing. Totally unprofessional. Find a realiable agency to work with so your time is not wasted like ours was!

This establishment is 100% unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this “real estate” company. Very rude people and what was said to me was very distasteful. If I could give this company a negative star, I’d give a negative 5.
