Be warned if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! Doing business with this company who contacted me to buy my house was a nightmare! $100 escrow was against my better judgment therefore please at least get $2500 in your escrow if you decide to deal with this company,Tag team or Tony Davis! The price of the house was Agreed Upon, Inspected, Contracts were signed and I called every other day to make sure that my house was going to close on the appropriate date. Jose reassuring me all the while that the investment company wanted my house, so I could get another house across the state of Florida. I got a house, I packed up including Christmas, I had realtors, movers, and another family that was selling their home that was affected by tag team deciding they did not want my house because they could not make enough money FOUR days before closing! They changed their mind “quote was for a drive by?” Are you kidding? You’ve seen the house for a solid month! Tag Team should’ve done their homework and your drive-by did not enter the house nor go into the half acre fenced in backyard with a pool. This fiasco this investment firm and these outlandish decisions have not only affected me but have trickle down to the last person who Makes money during the Holidays, the laborers! Now I have to loose my escrow of $2500 on the house I was moving too, my inspection $700 and put all these people out of work on New Year’s Eve!!! Worst Decision I have made in a Long Time dealing with Tag Team!!!
