Overall, I have had an amazing experience with Tam Prop. I've worked with a few property management firms in the past - and most are pretty bad. Lee was always extremely quick on his response time not only before moving in, but also as the property manager after move-in. He accommodated to my roommates off-hour work schedules to give us multiple viewings of the home before signing the lease. Once we were tenants, Lee was very quick to provide routine maintenance on appliances etc, as well as very respectful of our time and privacy.
I have nothing but great things to say about this company!

Lee is an amazing property manager. Quick, efficient, very detailed - you could not ask for more.

He is easy to get ahold of and is even willing to personal assist with problems after hours. If he can't fix the problem himself; he will have someone there the next day.
