In response to Brad Harris’ comment below. I was the tenant that is referenced in his comment and I was present for the open house of my home during this time.

Brad lied. I never spoke to him about allowing their dog in my home. I never even spoke to him. Even if he asked, I would have respectfully said he could NOT bring their dog in my house.

1) The wood floors are soft and dog’s nails scratch floors. I did not want to be responsible for damage as I was moving out. I do not even allow my mom’s dog in my house.
2) I don’t know their dog’s temperament. My baby is crawling on the floor and could have grabbed the dog out of curiosity and got bitten. Not a risk anyone should take with their 1 year old baby .
3)It’s my house. I have to protect my baby and my house from a random animal entering into my home. We still occupied the house during the open house. We had belongings and valuables being packed and spread on the floor.

I witnessed Tamara being very kind, respectful, and professionally fair to all families that were interested in renting the house. I would absolutely rent from Tamara in the future and when I’m ready to buy a home, she will be the first realtor I call.

Tamara is a fabulous realtor. She sold our former home in 2010 & was the realtor for our new home at the same time. She went the extra mile; even dressing up the flower beds with much needed mulch for a quicker sale, which was successful. When we were looking to move again this year, we knew we wanted Tamara as our realtor. At the same time we were selling our home in Carlsbad, CA, we were buying a home in Bellevue, WA on contingency. When she found out we were in a bidding war, she reached out to the listing agent to advise her that she expected our home to sell fast, which it did.
