Working with Ms. Chavers has been one of the most unprofessional business transactions that I have ever had the misfortune of being associated with. She is representing the sellers of a home that I was very interested in purchasing. I submitted my pre-approved purchase contract to her yesterday morning to present to her clients, 27 hours passed before Ms. Chavers communicated with my agent again. My agent tried repeatedly both yesterday and today to determine if her clients were considering my offer or not, to no avail. She has been totally uncooperative and uncommunicative with my agent throughout this process and as a result has lost one of her clients a potential sale.
