Unless this is your last option for housing, seriously don’t live here. The pictures on their website look nice but really they are old. They paint over the old stuff to make it look better. Even painting over hair and dirt. Our time here was full of nightmare neighbors and office staff from day one. I should’ve known when the manager was going to rent out our apartment to someone else even though our deposit had been sent already. Then we got there in the middle of winter and our heat didn’t even work and the guy they sent to fix it was a joke and didn’t know how!! The place was absolutely freezing. And they never fixed it the 3 years we were there. We had to buy space heater. Couldn’t use the fireplace since it hadn’t been cleaned out in so long they just smoke out your apartment. We tried asking the office if we could get maintenance for it and they told us we needed to pay for that But upon moving out the lady said it should’ve been done before we moved in..Half of the things in our apartment didn’t work yet they never came and completed the work orders. When they did send maintenance it was clear that person wasn’t qualified to do the work and they never really fixed anything. We had a leak for 3 years under the sink that they said they “fixed” every time yet it still leaked and rotted the whole cabinet. They send out letters complaining about the water usage yet they don’t mind the trash all over the place and tweakers wandering around. The apartment managers come and go so there’s no real communication and everyone seems to be confused when you call. They act like they never receive your voicemails or emails and even went as far as ignoring my calls at one point. Yet my husband was able to get through just fine. The best part is when we moved out, they charged us for everything we put work orders in for. Said they never received them. At this point I was too exhausted to deal with them and was happy just to get out of there. I know other people they have done this to as well. Seriously I could go on and on. Just avoid this complex and save yourself the headache.

I lived here for a few years and moved out a few years ago. Incredibly professional office staff and responsive maintenance team. When I needed a new place again, I moved into a sister property managed by the same office and I have had nothing but good experiences! I have nothing but great things to say. My home had lots of storage and I loved the fenced in backyard!

I was here for two years until I had to move to Canada this February. It was a great experience with Erica (previous manager). The first year I lived there, it was hard to reach out to the office but after that, everything changed to be better.

Pros: I love the backyard, especially with two dogs that I have. They love the small backyard. I also like we have more space and with the better pricing comparing to other apartment or house that we tried to rent before.
Cons: There was some issue with bathroom leaking 🙁 and also, the bathroom had bad smell. It was hard to fix, even the maintenance guy never came to fix the issue. That's why we tried to fix it on our own but it didn't end up well.

I have lived here for a few years now and every time I come into the office Amelia and Rachel are so warm and welcoming. I love the layout of my townhouse and the backyard is a huge plus! I have definitely made this place my home. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Just a PSA: Don’t move here. I lived here with several roommates for my first year of college, and it was one of the worst experiences we have had. First of all, the office managers are never in the office when they’re supposed to be, as if they just don’t show up to work most of the time. So it’s a challenge just to get a hold of anybody. We had several problems while living there - black mold in the walls, the upstairs bathroom floor literally started caving in, and the electricity had all kinds of problems for a place we paid almost $2k a month for. The electricity was the worst issue that kept going for around 7-8 MONTHS of our year-long lease. The electricity would constantly flicker throughout the house, and it would often go out for long periods of time. It damaged some of our expensive electronics and caused our electric bill to skyrocket past $200 a month. It took almost 8 months of persistently bugging the office to do literally anything. They would send “electricians” who admit they didn’t know what they were doing. Finally it was revealed that they hadn’t serviced the meter in 10+ years (which is dangerous!) and the breaker needed to be replaced. All those months of stress over something that could’ve been fixed properly the first time.

Now they won’t return my security deposit or give me any notice about why they haven’t. It’s been far over 30 days. What they do is completely illegal and it’s a scam to their already impoverished tenants. Don’t move here.

I don't believe that they deserve one start rating but it is the only way to comment on my personal experience with this company . I honestly think the are I feel that they are unprofessional and unfeeling twords there tenants failure to communicate or respond to any of there tenants problems or concerns .
The only thing they have master is posting bills and delivery notice I mean most of there paperwork doesn't even have contact information on it which makes it even more different to contact them I personally and most desperately want and need to relocate me and my family but can't at the president time . So I am doing this in the Hope that you won't make the same mistake I have .

They will rent an apartment you were supposed to go look at and apply for right out from under you...even after you make an appointment, they don't care about the inconvenience that it puts you in, they just want money, and who can give to them fast enough.
