Tanya Stawski is very diligent, very collaborative and very communicative... all in a very great way! I was referred to her from a very good friend (also a real estate agent) who was unable to handle my recent sale as it was part of a divorce and my ex did not trust him.

Tanya stepped in and within a very short period of time, gained my trust. She was on top of everything, negotiated lower prices for things like staging and kept me informed of everything going on - which at times was tricky as my ex had his own real estate agent, forcing Tanya to work in tandem! She kept my best interests front and center, advised me how to respond to certain situations, but at the same time, listened to my thoughts and ideas and explained why they might or might now work (after all, I'm NOT the real estate professional... she IS!).
