My wife and I are first time homebuyers. We had done research online, but having an experienced and knowledgeable agent was important to us. We met Tatiana at an open house early (first day) in our home search. She was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Tatiana invited us to a seminar for homebuyers at her Berkeley office.
