Lived in vista taylor Brooke apartments for 5 years, the reliability and trust worthy work of the maintenance technician performs here has been amazing. He always completes tasks within hour if reaching out to him. Thank you for your great work keep it up 👍

Would not recommend, charged 2400 for a 1 bedroom apartment where blinds were stapled together and would jam making it not possible to open, floor was coming up in the bathroom, drawers were falling apart and there was a big crack in one drawer and instead of repairing it when I moved in they just painted over it. If there is something wrong in the apt it will never get fixed (and there will be many things wrong). There is 0 available parking, you and your company will have to park in the neighborhood over and walk a mile no matter the day of the week. The gates never work and if one doesn’t work you have to drive all the way around to the other side and hope the other one does every other time you come home. No matter the condition you leave the place in you will not be getting your security deposit back. Got charged $251 after my $500 security deposit for “utility charges” for cleaning after leaving it squeaky clean. Avoid this place if you can.

Very sweet place to live! If you’re looking for something more affordable, Taylor Brooke is the way to go. We’ve lived here for about a year and half and have had a great experience with management throughout. Any issues that come up, they are quick to help resolve. Anne is literally the sweetest person and makes the place run smoothly!
My husband and I downsized and rented a 1B 1B, the rent is super affordable and location isn’t super far from highways/freeway. The layout of the living and kitchen area is what we loved most! It is very spacious, making the apartment feel a lot bigger unlike other 1 bedrooms apartments. The amenities are pretty sweet as well; pool, jucuzzi, garage option, gated! The apartment is also within walking distance to yummy restaurants and close to grocery stores. Overall a great place to live for the price!
One con would be the street parking! If you get home late it’s almost impossible to find parking nearby.other than that, great place!

I been living here for long term and plan on continuing to live here. Anne and Rubben are both super nice and understanding . They resolve any issue or maintenance needs right away. The property is clean and well kept. Nice clean laundry room is a plus and is open 24/7. Master bedroom is big and has a very spacious closet. Pool is big and is always clean . A big plus is that they are pet friendly which is hard to find now a days.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I applied and was given a ridiculous request for a security deposit so I withdrew my application to include my holding fee on the apartment. It’s been like pulling teeth to get my refund! Going on over 2wks now. First off, even though you use a CC to pay, they only refund you by check. Secondly, they sent the check to the wrong address! On Monday I tried to call several times and no one answers the phone EVER! So I showed up in person, to my surprise someone was actually in the office although all of my calls went unanswered as I drove to the location. Once in the office, I was told that a new refund check would be issued and sent via fedex next day shipping and that I would be contacted with a fedex tracking number. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! To make matters worse, I tried to call today to get that information since NO ONE reached out to me yesterday like they said they would and guess what? Once again no one answered the phone! I called several times on the way to the property today and once again for some reason when I showed up to the location someone was actually in the office! The person in the office stated they couldn’t give me the tracking number but could email someone to get it. I have yet to be contacted. Why is it so hard for me to get the tracking number to my refund? I wish I knew! Attempted to contact the management company and guess what? Not really surprising at all BUT THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER! I really dodged a bullet by withdrawing my application. I couldn’t imagine living somewhere in which the management company doesn’t respond to complaints, in which the actual Apt office NEVER answers the phone, dog poop EVERYWHERE on the property, just dirty in general all around and not well kept compared to the pictures online and broken gates. I guess they think that if they play with people long enough they’ll just give up! Well I’m not that one. A formal complaint has been filed with BBB and I will continue to show up EVERYDAY until they give me my money back! STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE AND THEIR MONEY! How hard is it to simply COMMUNICATE?

If you're searching for a good apartment home with amenities at a reasonable price, then Taylor Brooke Apartment Homes is right for you. The rooms are spacious, and the apartment was clean up arrival. My wife and I moved here back in December of 2018 and have not been disappointed. We arrived at night. The Director Mrs. Anne Bailey was there to greet and show us around even at those hours.

Anne has made my wife and I feel at home from the time we arrived up to now. Any issues with our apartment were promptly taken care of by the Maintenance Technician Rueben. He has always done a good job at handling any issues with our apartment, and his response time is good. Last but not least the lease paperwork was very easy to complete, as well as the lease renewal.

Just moved in and I love it! My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and i absolutely love it. Anne is super nice and friendly, just love her and her personality. Feels like I've known her forever. When we moved in we had some hiccups. Fridge was broken and toilet was leaking but Anne fixed it right away!! Had the toilet fixed same day and a new fridge ordered and installed the next day!! Our maintenance man is super nice too and so are our neighbors! Everyone is so nice and friendly and i love it here so far ^_^ Anne does an amazing job and she answers all my questions and concerns that i have and has given me great advice on places to get furniture and best places for deals on groceries and stuff ^_^ she is awesome. I really like it here ^_^
