Taylor was my agent for my first home purchase, and the experience was amazing! I came to her with a listing I was interested in and we both immediately understood that this house wouldn’t be on the market for long. She worked quickly to schedule a visit and within 5 days we had toured the house and she had written and submitted an offer.

Our fears were realized pretty quickly. There were at least 4 other buyers vying for the property and submitting offers, but she worked SO WELL with the seller’s agent that my offer stood out and was ultimately accepted. This deal wouldn’t have happened with many other agents - my offer was no stronger than the competition, but Taylor has a unique blend of negotiating skills and charm that allowed her to build a strong rapport with the seller and their team and really understand what they were looking for.

During escrow, she negotiated credits for necessary repairs and had all the right inspectors and contractors lined up ready to give quotes for their services. Even today, I’m still asking her first for the best electrician, handyman, or any other contractor.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I HIGHLY recommend Taylor. She’s extremely professional, knowledgable about every facet of a real estate transaction, and she genuinely cared about my best interests in the deal. I never felt like I was being pressured into a bad deal. If there was something wrong, she let me know and we worked on it together.

Taylor is realtor that will go above and beyond to find the home or condo of your dreams. She helped me and my partner find our dream rental! We toured on both nights and weekends to find the right one. She is a great negotiator and often sees the smallest problems.
