I received a post card wanting to purchase my home. I called and spoke with Corey. I asked to be taken off the mailing list since I had no desire to sale my home. Corey said ok sounds good and hung up on me. Unprofessional in my opinion. Never even asked name or address I was calling about.

I would give less then one star. They take advantage of the elderly. A rough quote was given and they refused to pay for additional damages. The sellers agent paid over $26,000 to repair the issues at the property. There are many stand up companies to use do not use them!

This company will not work or help you as a home owner. They call you repeatedly wanting your house after trying to sell your home and you tell them hey the home does need some work. I work rate them 0 stars if I could. Definitely not the way to do business if you say buy home in any condition definitely false advertisement. These are all facts not upset or mad. Just stating the facts.
