I’ve been doing move out cleans for Alexis with TCT property management for about 2.5 years now.
The units they rent are cute and taken care of, the maintenance guys are always super kind to me and my employees when we are cleaning as well.

Any issues that have came up anytime would be resolved quickly and discussed so we could fix.

I’ve never rented from them but I’ve had friends rent from them with nothing but good things to say.

If Alexis Bowling reaches out to do any move out cleans save yourself the headache!!! We were under new ownership when her clean was booked and she was made aware of that. So, she told me she would send a check after the clean was completed. I gave her my mailing address and let her know when the clean was finished. I NEVER received a check and she gaslit me for two months that she was getting it figured out. Then complained about the price and that "things were missed" mind you she never said anything months ago when the clean was completed!!! They proceeded to deposit money into the old owners bank account instead of writing me a check like I was told from the beginning and told me there's nothing they can do. Shady af and the most UNPROFESSIONAL real estate agent I've ever worked with. They're out here scamming hard working people! Thanks again Alexis!

worst property management company I've ever had to deal with, especially Lisa Scivally. She is the most unprofessional manager I've ever had the misfortune of working with. She is always on vacation and she never reaches out to her clients when they are needed or expected to. They are very rude and short tempered with clients, especially after they move out. They are anything but helpful, even pertaining to minor issues. Run from this company and don't even consider using them as they will attempt to take your money or keep your entire deposit or make you pay extra. Worst experience ever! RUN!!!

Alexis with TCT Property is amazing! We are a military family and were facing a tight time crunch to rent out our home and then close on another. We spoke with MANY property managers who made us feel like we were just another address to them and wouldn’t work with us at all regarding our concerns and how we wanted our home managed. Alexis was everything we were looking for! She made us feel like we always had her full attention, she made the whole process a breeze and even found a tenant before our home even officially hit the market. We would recommend her to anyone considering renting out their home.

TCT Property Management has been amazing. Lisa & Alexis have been on top of things. Quick to respond and ready to act when something needs to be attended to. We have been tenants at our location for 8 years and since they have taking ownership of the property they have done a great job with making sure things are taken care of and repaired properly and situation are resolved quickly. After having so many bad experiences with other properties, TCT has been like a breathe of fresh air! Alexis, the property manager was very prompt about getting in touch with us when we were interested in our unit, and the whole move in process was a breeze. Any time we have had anything that needed attention in the unit, maintenance has been great about coming out the same or next day! I honestly have no complaints about this company. Also, the app they use for communication and paying rent is super handy as well!

The cascade team property management company is an amazing organization with a great professional team. They helped my wife and I buy our first home and made it a stress free and great experience.
