I worked with Mo to sell my house in San Diego county and purchase in Orange county. As luck would have it, I found my home to purchase simultaneously with putting my former home on the market. Mo worked intensely through both of these processes in two different counties. He held an open house with lots of interest and we got a solid buyer that first weekend so my home was listed for only a couple days. He also negotiated my purchase even with other bidders vying for the same property. Throughout both escrows, he recommended numerous other vendors, from inspectors, to mortgage brokers, to repair people. Every one was fast, responsive, did great work. This is all evidenced with closing both escrows in 30 days! I was very concerned about home insurance since that's an issue now in CA but he had a contact who was able to provide me with multiple options. Mo is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and gave me lots of good information. Best of all I never felt pressured in any way. When I had questions about a given path he would give his recommendation and explain the strategy but it was always my decision. Mo and his team were great to work with and I'm grateful for all he did.
