Allen and his team were so fantastic. My client had been trying to buy a home for quite some time and had had hit roadblocks with a few lenders before they ultimately closed on a home with Team Quinney. I love how attentive they were and always had answers. They were ready to close on time and kept everyone in the loop as things progressed. I have worked with Allen on two occasions. Both times he has been excellent and explaining the options and working through the details. His team has amazed me at their speed and professionalism. On both occasions we were able to get through the process in a few weeks. Talking with the signers they were also amazed how quickly we went through the process. She had other clients that waited around for 5 months to finish. I would highly recommend Allen!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Team Quinney. Allen, Michelle, and the rest of the team work tirelessly to help you get into the home of your dreams. When I first spoke with Allen, I was nowhere near where I needed to be to get approved for a mortgage. Most companies didn’t even take the time to contact me back. Even though my situation at the time was hopeless, Allen still took the time to speak with me and tell me what I needed to do, in order to become a homeowner.
