Teck Properties is awesome! Kevin and Angela are great to work with. They're friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They were really good at taking care of maintenance issues. When the other party on my lease and I separated, both Kevin and Angela went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I didn't end up homeless. They were empathetic and understanding. They really put in time and effort to work with me and the whole situation. They made a difficult situation less stressful. They also were more than fair when it came to my walk through and refund after I moved out. I would 100% use them in the future for rental needs!

Rented from them a few years ago. Everything was fine for the most part until the owner decided to sell and they gave us very little notice before showing the property. We tried to be accommodating but frequently got less than 25 hrs notice, sometimes people would just show up and expect to be let in right then. Had people walking into my kids room while she was trying to get ready for her prom. Then the house didn't sell (I assume because it couldn't pass the inspection as there was a ton wrong with the place)- he at one point told me to lie to anyone if they asked me about problems, which I wouldn't do- and he practically blamed us for "sabotaging" the sale. We never got a deposit back or a letter saying what it was used for. We did forward our mail, so I'm led to believe they simply never sent it.
On the positive note- they were prompt when the furnace broke down several times in winter, and they were the only manager willing to talk to me while en route from across the country and needing a place to live on short notice. They were always friendly with the exception previously stayed when there was some tension when they sold the house.

Kevin did an inspection when we moved our, stated we would get our deposit back, failed to notify us of any issues, and is now apparently stealing our deposit. He has not returned any phone calls and is never in his office. It’s been a month and a half. I am a disabled veteran with two small children and step children and Kevin and TECK apparently has no problem stealing our money. This is after I had to clean up trash on the property because of more failed promises to “take care of that.” I would not reccomend him to anyone. He is a lying piece of feces who has no honor or integrity. He is a thief and a law suit will be forthcoming.

This small real estate company has been managing my rental house in Lacey, WA for years. I am not able to visit WA state as often as I would like and Kevin has always been efficient, forthcoming, and dedicated in managing my house to my complete satisfaction. He is wonderful.

Kevin has been our landlord for three years now and we truly appreciate him! He treats us so well, is understanding and kind, and we can count on him. Sometimes he stops into the shop just to say hello. It means a lot to us that he cares about our business and our well-being. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Kevin did not vet the tenants properly to see if they were responsible and could afford the rent, so we ended up with rent being late every month. The tenants never switched the water into their names (something the property manager is supposed to oversee) and we continued to get late water bills for the first 6-7 months that they lived there. Teck realty did nothing to fix the bill problem, I had to rectify it myself (what's the point in having a property manager if they don't take care of problems like that?). The tenants lied and had another person living with them and also stated they had one small dog, come to find out, they had TWO 50-70 lb dogs. Again, Kevin did nothing to rectify the situation. I could go on and on, especially about the aftermath when we finally got the tenants out (Kevin did nothing even remotely close to his job and we ended up with almost $1000 worth or cleaning, repair and maintenance bills after Kevin had already stated the house was clear and had returned the terrible tenants deposit). We switched to another property manager and I have had no problems since then. I suggest doing the same: look elsewhere.
