Superior͏ Agent
Tiff is a competent real estate agent with a proven track record of success. The home buying process was smooth, there was zero pressure when it came to selecting a home, she has amazing negotiating skills paired with the ability to clearly articulate non bias opinions. She paints a picture that allows you to slow down and enjoy the process when it comes to selecting a dream home. I never deviate from my banking institution when it comes to getting loans and advice however, Tiff connected me with resources that changed my life and saved me money, this was possible because she never applied pressure when making recommendations her approach and genuine care for me as a client allowed me to put my guard down and trust that I was in good hands. As a Naval Officer I can clearly say Tiff took care of me during the home buying process while I was on the other side of the country. Our Angel of an Agent! There is not enough room to tell you Just how LUCKY we were to get Tiffiney Welles as our Agent! This Lady Took us under her wings and Went out of her way to comfort & give us Reassurance as this Sale Was the beginning of our Final Chapter of our 37 years. So we could go after our Dreams. She Made sure that She was our Friend almost more importantly, and Our Agent was a HUGE BONUS!! In our eyes. I must say that we were very Scared to sell our Home and start fresh in another State. But Even after Close of Escrow, She is still there for us helping in every way she can! I know that we can call her and she is still there for us. As for myself I will ALWAYS consider Tiffiney as a Very Dear Friend. This sale in my eyes was not about Money!
