We worked with Teresa for our move to Santa Cruz and she helped us secure an amazing home. We were fortunate to find her by luck. She was super knowledgeable about the area being a longtime local, and showed us many houses and worked with us for more than 9 months to help find us a house. She was flexible and always readily available for us and helped us navigate putting in offers for multiple houses and all the paperwork that came with it.
