The staff really is what made my experience here phenomenal they were always at the ready to help me very friendly and informative and understanding at times as well and for the 2 1/2 years I lived here. I am sad that we’re going even though we’re moving onto Our own house. It was bittersweet thank you to Chase Jesus and especially Sergio. I’ll miss you guys. Thanks for making mine and my kids stay at Terra Camarillo memorable Safe and a place that I would highly recommend to anyone.!

Chase Parker and Kadesha Webster were efficient in helping us secure an apartment at Terra Camarillo. They were also timely in their responses to my inquiries and I felt very welcomed!

Lived here from 2022 to 2023. It’s not a stretch to say this was my worst apartment experience in 13 years as a renter.

The front office stopped opening on weekends due to staff shortages, and the third party they used for support were completely helpless. Even the GM openly complained about them.

Many of the residents living here are loud and leave dog crap and cigarette butts everywhere, even though there’s doggie bag stations and trash cans all over.

My mailbox lock was barely functional and fell apart multiple times.

My bedroom was so humid that water droplets would drip off the blinds. I could hear water splashing behind the walls, likely due to a leaky or busted pipe. The build quality and craftsmanship were really bad.

The only positive is that the maintenance team were good and quick.

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Wow! What a disappointment our experience has been here. From the disgusting sewage overflow in the back of building 11, to the mold that continues to grow in the windows, ongoing parking gate issues, to the loud sticky doors, the gross washer and driers, loud cars and neighbors, the list goes on and on. The only good thing they do is keep the leasing office outdoor area clean so that new people come and get scammed. We have sent emails, talked to “managers” about our horrible living situation due to SUPER LOUD upstairs neighbors and unsafe conditions and the “helpful” team could care less! This property management only cares about your money and will do nothing to give you a safe and comfortable living experiences. What a shame!

Terra Camarillo is a sweet, small, safe community. The management is superb, especially Chase and Adrianna. They will go out of their way to find you the right home. They truly care about their tenants and want them to be happy, which is rare to find in apartments these days. The people are kind and family friendly. It’s very well kept up. I couldn’t recommend it enough if looking for an apartment in Camarillo!

We put in multiple requests for things to be fixed, and they can go days and even weeks without being fixed. We've put in multiple requests about the fire alarm not working, and they haven't fixed it yet. They simply put it back on the wall. I'm not sure what they even did this last time. The screen door still hasn't been fixed either and let's in all kinds of flies and mosquitos.

What an awful experience attempting to tour this place and get questions/concerns answered properly ahead of time. They have several different phone numbers listed on a handful of different websites and all of them take you to an automated system/operator. There is no way to speak to a human being directly. I have called at multiple times throughout the day during their open hours of operation and no luck. According to the automated operator named Lily, this building does not have any utilities included but Lily is unable to give pricing about sewer, trash, and storm water costs. It is understandable that water and electricity costs will vary depending on usage, but sewer, trash and stormwater costs should be a fixed amount. I have also never heard of a stormwater expense in Southern California. When asking Lily a simple question about if central AC/heat is included, she says she will have to ask her colleague and have them reach out, but no such colleague exists or responds. I will be canceling my tour as I’m not going to drive over 50 miles to visit a unit when I can’t speak to an actual human being ahead of time to have my concerns addressed. Complete waste of time. I wonder what would happen if I did move into this building and had a service request. Would Lily be the one responding? What a joke.

Unfortunately I have had a really negative experience with this complex. Starting off with the issue of constant mold in the bathroom ceiling that hasn’t been addressed for months on end. Complex managers have little to no care for their residents. Constant rodents running throughout the parking lots. Complaints have been made; but nothing has been resolved for months. They’re needs to be new management asap. This review has been piling up for months with complaints from current residents.
