I have personally used and referred Tom w Terra Property Services. Their fees seem to be very fair & reasonable and I appreciate the experience and knowledge they bring to their owners. Also when conflicts come up with tenants, they have been successful in resolving them amicably and quickly. Not only that, but Tom and his team have personally handled some of the repairs and maintenance things that have been needed or resolved issues from when tenants move in or out. It's truly a "throw them the keys" and let them do the rest, experience. Put Tom on your team if you're looking for a solid, trustworthy property manager.

Tom Ross and his company Terra Property Management have been amazing to rent from! My apartment was clean and well kept upon move in, not to mention smooth from start to finish. Tom was very helpful and responsive with all my questions. I just moved out and am so sad Tom will not be my landlord anymore. He genuinely cares and demonstrates core values and ethics. I found Tom Ross at Terra Property Mgmt to be initially helpful, then soon afterwards, inconsistent in his service, unprofessional with a generally negative attitude towards issues and, at times, actually unresponsive. He would not respond to texts or calls for weeks, ignoring some altogether and we almost lost the chance to renew the lease with an existing tenant had it not been for my persistence. He also did not tell the truth on two important issues. After I called him out on his unprofessionalism the first time, he said he would "do better" and I gave him a second chance. Regretfully, after hearing recently about repair issues with the tenant, I am now out money for the monthly fees I feel were wasted with Terra Property and calls for repairs Tom seems not to have handled other than telling the tenants to "plug and unplug" things. As far as I am concerned, he violated the terms of the contract we signed. Buyer beware
