Looking forward to calling this place home. My fiancée and I dropped in to check out this brand new community, slept on it, left Ernest money the next day.

The quality of the homes are top notch. Smaller tight-knit community but the homes are staggered and well spaced. This spot is Terrata’s first in WA state. We visited one near Tapps, that was sub-par and the customer experience matched the build there.

Lynne helped us out, is polite, and inviting offering continual surveillance visits to see how the home build is coming along.

I toured these homes on Wednesday, October 11th with my buyer clients. These homes are unique in many ways but what stands out to me an my clients were the upgrades. Unlike most builders that have fees for each upgrade from the base plan, the Terrata Homes include all the upgrades! For example- the landscaping in the front and back with shrubs/trees and sprinkler system. There are many upgrades most new builds don’t do. The homes are very attractive and have floor plans that will suit the pickiest buyer. The high ceilings make the homes feel large and comfortable. Go see for yourself!

We were there to look and get information on homes. If all of information would have been received prior to the appointment we could have saved everyone some time. This Agent Lynn from Los Angeles spoke about the values of the company and one was customer service and hers was less than unsatisfactory. Once we told her we were looking for something less in price, she made us feel uninvited. She shut her book, stood up and walked into the kitchen and waited for us to stand and walked us straight to the door. Very unprofessional!!! I would not want to work with her again with any of your properties
