Staff is friendly an on top of everything! The units are super spaces and I love that this property accepts pets without restrictions.Minor fixes could be done to the laundromat

Lived there for 21 years with my kids who basically grew up there and didn’t have any issues while living there. The on-site manager Rose great person. She is very nice and compassionate. She loves and cares about the safety and well being of the tenants especially the kids that live in the complex. Always doing fun activities with them which they greatly appreciated. When she hears of the kids not getting along while playing outside together Miss Rose as the kids would call her, was always the peacemaker and things were back to normal. No issues with the maintenance, Pedro is nice and always professional with checking and or fixing what’s needed in the unit.

I freaking love this place. My neighbors are amazing and the on-site manager, “Rose”, she’s even more amazing. I can always go to her when somethings wrong on the property, I also never knew that managers could be this involved in the community and really make us feel like we’re home. I would recommend this property to anyone. Especially if you want a safe place to raise your kids. Because another thing I love about living here is that the manager definitely looks out for all the kids in our community.

Our family has lived in this friendly community for many years. The grounds are well kept and always clean. Better than any apartment I've ever lived in. The manager Rose from day one has been excellent. Always went above and beyond to help us with anything that arises. The maintenance man is always friendly and gets things done with no problem. We have been here for about 4.5 years now. This place is great! The floor layout is awesome gives you the ability for many different furniture layouts and the bedrooms are a great size compared to others. Management Rosa is great and always does everything she can to fix and help out in any situation and quickly. Making maintenance requests are easy and efficient, day or night. I definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. The location is close to MANY different restaurants and shopping areas.

We love living here!!! We have lived here for 16 months now!!! We will definitely be living here for along time. Sunset Terrace is an amazing complex. Beautiful 2 bedroom townhomes. They are beautiful. The complex is beautiful. Our manager Rose is amazing she is so nice and caring and she is definitely here for her
tenants. We love her. We are so happy to be apart of an amazing community.
