My own experience at Terre At Graves has been great, from the moment I’ve reached out to tour the apartment to now being a resident. The apartment building is well kept up, maintenance assist at a timely manner, and I appreciate the monthly check ins on each apartment. I appreciate the quiet community and everyone respect the rules. The community director Stephanie S is a wonderful person and worker. The community director is very tentative, easy going, shows integrity, problem solver, and good at communication. I have enjoyed living here and look forward on continuing to being a resident.

Been living here for about 2 years and haven’t had any issues!! Maintenance (Montez) is always so nice, responsive and professional and Stephanie is so sweet and extremely helpful! She even went out of her way to help me the other day when I needed it! So appreciate the staff here. Love my neighbors too! 5 out of 5!

I have been trying to contact them many times for the final quote and security refund after I left, and nothing happened. We are almost hitting the 2 month mark and I couldn't get my final quote !!!!

I've been living here for a couple years and not many of the maintenance men have been as attentive as our current one. He does his best to treat us as we were his own family, so we don't worry too much about our apartments. I hope he'll stay with us for a long time as long as I live here.

When looking for a new appointment I wanted something cheap. I made an appointment a week in advance for a tour. The office was closed as I waited for almost 2 hours. I tried calling and got someone in India. I thought maybe there was an emergency so I made another appointment. I also sent an email stating what happened and what my new appointment was. Nobody showed up for that appointment either. I heard from a few residents that the lady is always impossible to get ahold of. After looking elsewhere and moving into my new place a girl named Stephanie finally emailed me telling me to make an appointment on the website for a tour. Not offering any explaination as to why I had done that twice already and been left abondoned twiddling my thumbs. Unproffessional and absent staff. If they wont help people before they move in dont expect them to be there when you need them as a resident.
