Kim Hughes is an amazing property manager. I just recently moved to California from North Carolina and because of Kim it was an easy and smooth transition. She was able to show me an apartment and get me set up and ready for move in all the way from across the country. I can not thank her enough for all her help

I scheduled a tour with Kim, the onsite manager. She was very personable, listened to all our needs, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really wanted to rent at this site, especially since we were there early and were able to witness her interactions with not only adults but the children who came to visit her. We unfortunately were not able to rent at this time. Once I informed her, she said she would keep looking and will let us know if a 2 Br or 1 Br becomes available in our price range. My prior experience dealing with other tours were not as enjoyable and I hated to decline. I am hopeful that in the near future we will be living there. I appreciate Kim for the awesome tour of the apartments, amenities and the activities you have for the kids onsite.

Such a great and clean property to live. Sarah Roman the property manager is so nice and helpful with the tenants. She always focus on keeping the property clean and organized. She has always helped us whenever we were in a need of something with our apartment. I appreciate all her efforts she is making to keep this property organized and clean. I definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to live in here. The management is amazing.

My move in was Amazing I love the unit Kim Hughes is amazing to work with she made feel very welcomed to the community always easy to get in contact with and she’s a woman of her word I highly recommend moving into the Terre at Madison everything is accessible and very clean and quiet

We really enjoy living in this community. Ms. Sarah the property manager is very helpful and friendly with the tenants. We have lived here in this property for almost 5 years now and we really enjoy living here. Ms. Sarah such a kind and great manager who always help the tenants and provide excellent customer service. We really appreciate the professionalism and all the help that you provide.
