Please to say yourself some trouble do not move into these apartments. They are deeply roach infested, and all the management knows about it, including Chris Lay, Chia Hays, and Michelle Leblanc. After five days of moving into the apartment, I noticed a small bug in the bathroom (a roach) Then every day after that, I continue to see bugs in the kitchen and they were German cockroaches Which is a indicator of a roach infestation. When the apartment managers came to my unit they tried to gaslight me and say that it is not an infestation Because he did not personally see the roach, but I had him pick up a dead roach that was in the corner. They were supposed to come spray my unit every Tuesday for a month and they did not come the last two Tuesday of the month and said that they were never supposed to come. It would be daytime and I would see big cockroaches on my wall. The leasing agents were not trying to work with me. They wanted me to continue to pay rent as normal. They did not want to give me my deposit back. And they ended up trying to charge me $15,000 because I broke my lease. I can provide pictures as well. I just want people to be aware of these apartments and know what you might be getting into if you move here. You can even ask some residence and they will tell you that they have been dealing with roach problems since they moved there.

I’ve been living at Terre at Mollison for a while now, and I must say, Ms. Michelle, the property manager, is a standout! From the day she took over, things have dramatically improved. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s maintenance requests, ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained, , Ms. Michelle handles it all with professionalism and a personal touch.

Her attention to detail is remarkable, and she’s always approachable, ready to listen, and quick to take action. The level of communication we receive has made living here a breeze. She’s created a welcoming environment, and it’s clear that she’s passionate about making Terre at Mollison a great place to call home. Thank you, Ms. Michelle, for all that you do!

The manager at these complex is terrible. It’s supposed to be a smoke free complex but I see her smoking like a chimney every day. A couple times I have even seen her throw the cigarette butts on the floor. If management wont follow the rules then no one else does either.

My time here was good until I started to see roaches .and all my new furniture got ruined it was a bad infestation...but they did work with me on my rent whenneeded

The roaches are the biggest problem here. You could get an exterminator and move all of your dishes and stuff out, but what do the roaches do? They move to the next apartment and wait for the gas and stuff to go away, then come back to the apartment with zero harm done to them. The roaches here also look mutated 😭 they all look different. There’s some roaches with what looks like ingrown wings. (they don’t work thank the heavens 🙏) Other roaches look like a jacked up hybrid of other bugs. The only good thing about these roaches is that they aren’t the big huge ones like I’ve seen at other complexes but I have seen some huge cockroaches roaches either alive or crushed at the entrance of the apartment. The roaches here somehow manage to get into SEALED bags. These roaches got into sealed bun bags, sealed pancake batter that made them come out looking like they were albino, sealed stuff in the refrigerator and stuff. You’ll see dozens of roaches in the freezer and the refrigerator because nothing kills them. There’s A LOT that I didn’t cover in this review but know these roaches are smart and refuse to die. Definitely don’t recommend if you don’t like them. (Or have messy children) 😻🫶🏻

A year after leaving we received a letter from collections saying that we owed almost $800 for “miscellaneous repairs” We left the apt in great condition and even cleaned and did repairs ourselves.. Mngmnt never informed us of these charges and then refused to explain why they were so high or provide proof of said damages. Do not stay here ever.
