We both cannot thank Terri enough for what a great agent she is, but even more for the wonderful supportive person she is as well. After meeting with several agents, and then meeting with Terri, it took both of us less than a millisecond to say to each other “she is the one!” While we were incredibly impressed with her overall knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the current real estate market during our first sit down, we were also very reassured the way she communicated and interacted with us throughout. She listened. She explained things. She relaxed and reassured us. Prior to getting with her we both were dreading the selling process somewhat, but she made all our anxiety vanish with her patience and grace. She supported us and motivated us to be good clients. We both said to each other that this lady for sure knows what she’s doing so we are gonna do our best to follow her advice and boy did everything go smooth and work out the best. Out of 5 stars, we would give her a 20 if we could!

Terri made both buying and selling a wonderful experience! She worked with us for several weeks and found us our dream home. Even went with us late on a Saturday night to guarantee we were the first to see the listing!!! When we decided to finally sale our previous property she set us up for success. She did a walkthrough and gave us tips, had amazing photographs taken, and wrote up a very detailed listing. It was a quick and pleasant experience.
