Karina and Jeff were very professional providing great advice based on their extensive real estate experience in selling my mother’s home in Arlington. They went beyond the call in taking care of details that we couldn’t possibly handle since we were out of state. They found competent and affordable repair professionals and arranged mobile notary services so that we did not have to travel for the closing. Not only were able to sell the house at a great price but found a local buyer that would be truly blessed with the home as my mother was, which was important to us. It's been over 3 months now since the end of my lease. Jeff and Karina have ignored all attempts I have made to contact them. They still have not returned my security deposit or sent me an itemized list of any deductions if applicable. They have completely ignored all attempts I've made to communicate with them and resolve this. Stay far away from these people. They will do you wrong at the end of your lease. If I don't hear from them soon I'm going to have to file a case against them. I couldn't afford for them to hold that money and negatively affect my wife and children's wellbeing like this. We honored our lease contract and they are not honoring their end of it. They are not acting in good faith and well harm your family if you lease with them. Beware for your own sake.

I worked with Karina to lease a condo in University Park in Dallas. Karina was very helpful during the lease process helping me negotiate the best deal for me. She explained all the terms so they would be acceptable to me, including some things I wanted the landlord to take care of prior to our family moving in. Karina was able to negotiate for all of the items I requested to be taken care of so the transaction went very smoothly. This company, hands down one of the best in dfw. From great service to professionalism. The agents their are very helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time to explain the whole process and any questions you may have. If you want to work with someone all about a paycheck then hire anyone, but Karina is always available or very responsive and makes the process about your best interests over a payday, to me that’s the most important quality in Realtor.
