The 1960 is a beautiful complex. And the ladies the leasing office are awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking with them and developing a relationship with them for the future for my business Vet Tech Pet Care. They were kind and passionate and very professional! The building has a wonderful sense of community, diverse folks living here, interesting and fun, with the best management and maintenance staff possible. It has been a pleasure since I stepped in on the first day. Pool and facilities are great too, and apartments have great thick walls- not all that common these days.

I love living at The 1960. The building is maintained and managed by a first class team. The pool is immaculate and sparkling. The walls are thick, as I hardly hear any noise. Also, the location is superb and I always feel safe!

The most well-managed building I’ve ever lived in. Building management is super friendly, responsive and proactive in keeping the building up-to-date, and they organize regular events so residents can meet each other and have fun. The cleaning and maintenance staff are also great, and it’s reflected in the clean and well-maintained state of the building. It’s also quite quiet and safe, and the very close proximity to the BART is an added bonus.

I had a wonderful experience during my tour at 1960 North Main street. I loved feeling so close to downtown WC. My tour guide Emily could not have been more friendly, helpful and informative. She brings an incredible feeling of warmth to the whole apartment complex, a great contrast to many of the other tour guides I’ve met in different WC apartments. The apartment itself was lovely and very reasonably priced.
All the amenities were perfect.

Great experience with Sophia. She is very personable and has a strong talent with allowing space for me and my spouse to discuss each unit we toured while knowing when to jump in and provide clarification. There are a lot of other communities to choose from on N Main Street and touring with Sophia is what tipped me over to the 1960!

I recently toured The 1960 and was so impressed by everything. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in throughout the whole tour. The facility is not only beautiful but well maintained. I looked at three different apartments and was equally impressed by all three. The closet space!!! The staff member I toured with, Emily, did a great job showing all the community features and impressed me by knowing the name of every resident we bumped into. Looking forward to living here in the future.

We love living here! Emily and Sophia and particular at the 1960 Bozzuto team have been so helpful and kind. I have never lived in a building that had mixers for renters to feel such sense of community. It’s been such a breath of fresh air and a great way to make neighbors become friends. Thank you for making our life here wonderful.
