I lived at the Albrecht School Apartments for just over a year and loved every second of it. The apartments are beautiful, the residents are all wonderful and the Landlord is amazing. Never had an issue with noise because of the thick brick walls. Landlord is very responsive and quick to fix any issues you have. If I worked closer to mayville I’d still be living there. Would Recommend!

As a current renter I can say honestly with years of renting it is one of the best places I have lived. The owners are very prompt with any needs and take very good care of the property and apartments. The outside area to hang out or grill with friends and family is an excellent addition to the place. The owners even included complimentary soft drinks, coffee & cappuccino machine, and the occasional treats and popcorn in the lobby. Not to mention the beautiful building and unique history that comes along with it being a renovated old school. The wife and I love how pet friendly it is for our pets, and I get to pet some of the neighbors friendly dogs every time I see them. It is truly a great living experience.

As a tenant in the Albrecht Apartments my experience has been very good, I noticed the review of my neighbor Jenna and am disapointed because her statements couldnt be further from the truth, her negative review comes down to be just not true, I am sad because we were good neighbors, my son and I would always bring her the Amazon orders to her door as a courtesy, as we have done for everyone, Its unfortunate that she painted a negative picture, my apartment is one of the largest, its beautiful as I take pride in cleaning and decorating it which caught notice of the owner which Ive given permission to let many tours come through my home. I hope and wish Jenna well and appreciate the desk and other items she gave me out of appreciation for helping bring ber Amazon items to her.
