Let’s start from the top

The properties itself is not took care of great

They advertise amenities to bring you in for the amount of money that you are paying for rent and all the amenities are not there or you cannot use

They have a pool but it’s no need to use it. It stays dirty and it’s only 3 feet.? but they won’t open the other one up or you can’t use none of the other ones

They say they have grills on site, but the grills are old and rusted with leaves and everything else in them

The playgrounds are not well kept up

Inside of the apartment buildings are dirty on the steps and the walls. The maintenance lady that they have is old. She does not do a good job. The carpets have stains on them going into your apartment‍♂️. she just sprayed the floor and moved the mop back-and-forth

Fire extinguisher are not well kept up‍♂️

They will not give you a mailbox key when you move in they have not gave one to us

Clearly, the people at the rental office are looking at the reviews and answering them because one of them said we don’t see you on the lease or we don’t see no person of that name so I guess they don’t have confidentiality ? For the tenants to say something like that‍♂️

The gym does not have any weights in it. It has one weight in it. They don’t have hand sanitizer or anything to clean the equipment or to clean your hands.

The community center I guess/office or business center. The couches and things are old. The computers are old.‍♂️ Michael was a good leasing agent?, but the other ones they act like they can’t comprehend or don’t know nothing

Michael Actie did an amazing job with helping me move into my new towhome. The rooms are very spacious and they are clean and efficient. The customer service was exceptional and I love my new home! Thank you Michael and your get it done mentality !

I moved in on Sept. 15th and I like my apartment, but what I don't like is, for the amount of money I pay for rent I shouldn't feel the tenants above me walking. The ceilings/floors are so weak the creak like a old house and vibrate my whole apartment. This is very annoying, because I informed the office and it seems it's gotten worse. I want to break my lease for this reason alone or move to another 4th floor unit at there expense. Hasn't even been a month and I've had to put in multiple maintenance requests that they day are resolved but when I go to check it's the same issues. I don't have time to keep putting in request for the same issues, I work 13hr days sometimes and to come home to ppl sounding like they are coming through my ceiling and my maintenance issues not resolved is frustrating.

This is an update on the status of these apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN THE PROJECT FOR $1,800/MONTH. Here it is almost a year later, and my electrical sockets still haven't been fixed. My electric kept on blowing when I would turn on my blow dryer. It's no need to contact Maintenace or the office because they are no help. Also, I don't know if they recently move in a bunch of college kids, but for $1,800/month I don't want to hear people's music blasting through the parking lot from a whole other building. The pictures below are of the hallways, the half-finished painting on my floor, stairwells with no lights and a whole host of other issues, on top of my previous review. You will also see pictures of my face that got bit up in my apartment, which I went to the leasing office to complain about and that was almost 2 weeks ago, they sent pest control, but to the wrong apartment, then had the audacity to tell me they can't schedule another visit unless It's for bed bugs. I'm like well you sent them to the wrong apartment so now what? Till this day still no pest control, I've missed time from work because the bites got so big I had to go to the hospital, but they are asking for my rent. I'm like when is the court date? On another note, police are in these courts every other night for the couples that have domestic issues. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF THINKING YOUR GETTING LUXURY, HERE THINK AGAIN, ITS HIGH-PRICED PROJECTS DON'S WASTE THE MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. I have 4 months left and thinking of breaking my lease that's how bad it is.

Everytime I go into the office the ladies just tend to have an attitude. Second, do not trust your packages here, people just take them. Parents also don’t be taking care of their children and their children be taking up parking spaces with bikes and scooters which I think is unfair. Last time a child around the age of 3 was by themselves on the road and a car was about to exit the apartment complex when the little girl comes out of nowhere and stands in the way of the car, it wasn’t until the mother had to come downstairs from the second floor because she was too busy talking instead of taking care of her child. I think that is very dangerous and parents should be enforced to watch their kids due to dangerous situations like this. Lastly they have a serious problem with stink bugs. The doors are so bad quality stink bugs can just come through them so easily. I don’t understand how I’m paying all these extra fees yet nothing is being done.

Over the weekend several electrical outlets went out in my home. Brain came in the first thing on Monday and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He was very helpful and friendly. I'm grateful to have full function of all electrical outlets again!

Maiwand is a great maintenance man he is very pleasant when he comes into my home always respectful. Now when it comes to property the grounds are always clean no trash no loud noise at night just peaceful I just wish the pool on my side of the complex would open has been closed for two summers now. Never honestly know what the issue is with being open but I do feel for the price we pay you should have all the amenities they say they offer.

Damare maintanace Man. Very professional, knowledgeable, couteous and he went above and beyond to fix problems. Just moved from a different apartment same property but with his great reponse and he listened to my concerns with empathy. Great Job Damare keep up the good work. All issues were addressed.

Our sink was overflowing and we called on call maintenance to help. Olmer responded quick and fast! Fixed the problem of our sink because if we fell asleep we would’ve had a crazy water overspill. He emptied out our sink quick and fast. We called after midnight and he came in 10-15 minutes. Yall need to give him a raise! He’s very respectful and knows his work! Thank you Olmer!
