My wife and I met with Jessica at The Apartments at Wellington Trace to see and learn about the apartments and facilities. Jessica was extremely effective and informative explaining all the facility benefits, costs and availability including a thorough tour. We had some user issues when applying and registering online and Jessica and property manager were patient and walked us seniors through successful completion.
The complex amenities, safe neighborhood and the roomy 2 bedroom apartment are exactly what we were looking to rent. Have to again complement the extraordinary customer service, professional and thorough assistance by Jessica and the property manager in today's times this customer service is truly outstanding and valued. Your difference makers. We are so excited to be staying at Wellington Trace.

I am going into my 6th year here at Wellington
Trace and consider it home. I have had a great experience here and have nothing negative
to say. Mirriah, the property manager is absolutely the best. She is very outgoing and friendly, really cares about the people living here and follows up on any questions a person has. She goes out of her way to make everyone happy. Antonio in the office goes above and beyond and knows everyone by their first name, just by walking into the office. You will NEVER find that anywhere else. Josh in maintenance is awesome. He is very respectful, outgoing, friendly, honest and does a great job. Everyone that works on this property really adds to the
"at home" feeling. If you're looking for a place to live, c'mon over and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

It's a good-quality Apartment with extra features. Most of the time, it's very quiet, and nighttime is peaceful. I feel fairly safe, but use caution, making sure you never leave the door unlocked. They also have an excellent maintenance crew and respond quickly to any repair issues.

Apartments looked very nice from the photos, and I was highly interested in applying to move in asap. Those in charge of scheduling in-person/virtual tours for future prospective tenants, continued to blow me off. I had been trying to schedule both in-person and virtual tours and either don’t get an invite that is promised via email, or nobody follows up at all. Super unprofessional in my opinion. I’ve been trying for months to schedule this, and at this point, I will be looking at other apartment complexes that actually want the business and a responsible tenant to have around. Would not recommend wasting your time.

Everything seems fine. However I am not pleased with the water bill. $90 plus a month is a bit high, I didn't pay that much living in a house with 5 people. However I did notice you have to run the water for several minutes before the water gets hot.

If you have a voucher, they will treat you like your less then anyone else. I was approved for a 2 bedroom apt by Jessica Caine. But she had me pay the guarantors 1600$ reassuring I’m approved. But she changed my application saying my co signer was a roommate. Anyone in the leasing office should know.. you can’t add a roommate to someone voucher. I reached out for 24 hrs trying to call and email. No response. The day before my move I’m told my son can’t be on the lease. They left me homeless and took money for having to cancel an application they messed up. Costumer service sucks. They sit and do nothing if you have a voucher. They don’t respond to you. You have to go in to get an answer. They will tell you they are working on your application but did nothing to help me or communicate with me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this apartment complex.

Stopped in to view this property yesterday, 11/06/2024 just to get information. Jessica Cain was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She walked us around to two units that are available to show size and layout. They were clean, no awful lingering smells noted, with relatively newish appliances. All common areas appear well kept.
