No functioning pool for 3 yrs more like a maintenance yard exit gate inoperable for 2 yrs no property security mail room continually vandalized don' think maintenance is license or bonded none of these issues being dealt with by hub central these are not the managers issues to resolve but hub centrals

Please do not stay in this apartment! If you guys don't want to have same experience like us! We been out of water for a weeks already water is on and off due to the pipe bursted! They should anticipate that this is be a situation that needs an attention right away! But the management don't exert an effort to do the best to fix the broken pipe! This is a negligence to all the tenants that suffer a very horrible experience! They only let the maintenance to fix the pipe they should call more resources'like more plumbing company just to resolved the problem but management didn't do anything about it 😭😭😭😭🥲

I've lived here for 5 years, we've gone through several sets of managers, some really good, some horrible, with the new team I feel comfortable here again, Dillon came right in and immediately began to fix the mess left by the previous team, he's getting things back in order, taking care of tenant needs and concerns and things are looking up. I look forward to seeing the progress and outcome.

I spoke with the manager about a possible rental of the apartments and appreciated her knowledge about the complex and the neighborhood. She was friendly and courteous. She was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend others to this complex that are looking for housing in the area.

Excellent newer management!! My sister lives here and every time I visit it is a pleasant experience, especially since they have gated the property. I used to be scared walking to my car at night but not anymore.

I went to visit my friend for about and hour. Came back outside to a busted window. This place is ghetto. People walking around at night. Not safe.

The office is always closed dont go around holidays any time of year for they close for two weeks on EVERY holiday throughout the year.
