you guys never EVER answer your phones or return calls, you guys are absolutely terrible. like seriously. i wanted to lease a property and NONE of your extensions work. I get everyone has the last name Bates on those extensions but that doesn't mean you don't get up and go to work... I wouldn't normally say anything but NONE of you guys answer your calls at all. you are showing your reputation on here. leave the leasing to a company that actually wants to speak to customers to call back etc. not cool.

These guys are a joke. My advice to anyone who may work with this fraudulent group— Lawyer up!

Many lies - many lies, and lack of professional management really made me think twice about working with this group moving forward. The property manager is the property owners wife - and she basically runs the property. She (the property manager) is incompetent. The property manager IS extremely difficult to speak with and the assistant property managers are less than helpful. Constantly threatening to evict me for reasons like parking vehicles in the loading zone (this is allowed by law) and trimming overgrown trees (that are not being trimmed by property management). Other tenets seem to have the same feelings regarding the lack of property management. Save your money and look for other properties around the area.

I have experienced first-hand how misleading, underhanded and thoroughly difficult to work with this business is. The property management is dishonest, deceitful as well as unprofessional and particularly arrogant by any standards.

Their “property manager” is unprofessional, inattentive, and incompetent as well as extremely and abrasively crude. I found the property manager to be one of the absolute worst people I have had the misfortune of working in my career of three decades. This person was hostile as well as unapologetically haughtily disdainful.

After several dialogs with the property manager I was absolutely shocked to whiteness this type of attitude in a professional setting. Excited screeching, very rude and infantile comments with an ever-lacking, superfluous and arrogant attitude made it very difficult to continue any type of ongoing professional relationship.

I found this company to be dishonest by telling their tenants one thing- and never delivering.

(Issues like: large format signs where never installed (after being told signs where to be installed) even after several years of phone-calls after assuming unit) As well as other issues like property management office giving direct orders to grounds workers to unlawfully discard/trash business signs belonging to business with no prior notice (luckily CCTV cameras picked up on this).

Large commercial/industrial mailboxes are constantly being stolen out of the cement from the parking lot. Large 7’X7X2’ aluminum industrial mail boxes are constantly being ripped from the ground and stolen.

Safety Concerns. Fire-lanes are constantly being blocked by unattended vehicles parked behind business for weeks at a time as well as constant unlabeled chemical containers are being tossed in regular dumpsters all over the place by several tenants. Property management ignores phone calls, emails, and voicemails.

Not recommended. Very bad experience.
