Ann Marie was wonderful! She spent the time to really get to know what we were looking for in a house especially since we were in the process of growing our family. For her, it was clear that she was helping us find a home not a house. While we were in escrow Ann Marie advised and facilitated getting multiple inspections which brought to light work that needed to be done to the house. Jim and Ann Marie made the home selling an easy process despite the curve balls we were thrown with Shelter in Place and everything else that followed.
