I had the pleasure of attending a tour with the property manager Heather, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making sure to show me the most well-selected studio apartments that truly matched my preferences. Every unit was thoughtfully chosen, showcasing the best aspects of the property. I appreciated how the tour was not only informative but also personalized to meet my needs. The manager's professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and the excellent service provided!

Outstanding Leasing Agent, But Floor Plans Need Updating

I can confidently say that Heather is the best leasing agent in San Francisco. She’s incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely advocates for her clients. Heather went above and beyond by providing detailed virtual tours, being completely transparent, and working tirelessly to ensure I found the perfect apartment. She even responded promptly during the holidays and was more than willing to accommodate adjustments like extending promotions or switching units to meet my needs.

That said, there’s a significant issue with the accuracy of the online floor plans, which don’t align with the actual units. This can be extremely frustrating, especially for those who depend on virtual tours. While this isn’t Heather’s fault, I strongly urge the IT team or corporate to address this issue. It would turn this negative experience into an excellent one.

Heather was an amazing leasing agent who helped us with a tour. She showed us 5+ units and worked with our budget and what we were looking for. We loved the units we saw and the gym. The neighborhood is centrally located which is nice.

Tour experience was fantastic. Property manager (Heather) was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She showed me several units that all fit my requirements well. She wasn't pushy, but more focused on meeting my needs. The level of service and attention is near the top of my past experiences in SF.

the building is pretty and new, but unfortunately poor management is where it all falls apart.

i’ve been here since september 2024, paying over $3k monthly for a studio.

in return, you have:

1. a building where residents throw loud parties till 2am and you can’t get any sleep.

2. management that charges $200 if you get locked out after 6pm or on weekends (and don’t expect them to come to open the door anytime within a few hours of your request.)

3. dogs and animals everywhere. expect to see dog feces in hallways; elevators. have even seen dogs being permitted to climb all over equipment in the gym — disgusting.

4. absent management - you can email, call, but you won’t get a response to your complaint or concern, whatever it may be. i’ve been waiting to hear back about getting another key for months (and i have followed up multiple times). let alone more urgent issues in my apartment or concerning the building in general.

5. the most unpleasant neighborhood you can imagine. there is not one single occasion where i have left my apartment building and NOT seen human feces right outside the gate. let alone multitudes of filth and grime all over market st. this place is simply disgusting - the worst of the worst in SF.

back when this building was new and 90% empty, it was actually half decent to live in. now with some insanely abrasive, gross other tenants and strained management, i will certainly not be renewing my lease.

as the brady stands today - 0/10 do not recommend, and suggest looking elsewhere. don’t say i didn’t warn you.

be weary of all the 5-star reviews - these are all from people who have toured the building (as management asks them to leave a review.) these are not people who have lived in the brady.

there is a reason why everyone comes here for 1 year and leaves after their lease is up.

My experience with the Leasing Team at The Brady has been overwhelmingly positive. I was able to tour the facility multiple times by tagging along with a friend that was considering signing a 12-month lease here. During my own guided tour, Heather was kind enough to show me additional units that closer fit my criteria. Also, extra kudos to her for knowing the names of nearly every tenant that we passed during the tour. Overall, I loved how modern the common areas, amenities, and finishings within the units were. I'd recommend the Brady to anyone who's interested in an elevated living experience in SF.

The experience at Brady has been overwhelmingly positive. Right from the beginning, Carlos helped tour multiple apartments with utmost patience and enthusiasm. Because I wanted to make a decision soon, he let me tour the apartment twice on the same day!! The overall service has been fantastic.

The common spaces here are clean and well maintained. The additional kitchen, the music room, clubhouse are great amenities to have!

Living at The Brady has been one of the best experiences ever. Not only does our apartment have a beautiful view, but the resident events are something to always look forward to; at the last event we learned how to make a pie, had pie, and there was a bartender. Not to mention that everything is just a walk away, it truly is a great location. The staff is super friendly and willing to help whenever you need it. If you want to experience San Francisco at its finest choose The Brady.
