I am Korean and I lived here for 4 weeks during the language training program

The atmosphere was so comfortable and peaceful! I loved that

Especially the chef, The manager, the front staff, the grandmother and grandfather who lived there were so kind that I was happy during my stay!!
Tony chef always cared about our tastes and did his best to serve delicious food. Until the last minute, Tony even packed us a lunch box! He was really kind to us.

I loved staying at The Broadmoor! The location is convenient; the bed comfortable, the room quite spacious. My room had a small fridge, microwave, and kettle for making tea and coffee; a private bathroom with nice bathtub. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The lobby and garden is lovely, and they serve breakfast no extra charge. All is all, way better than a hotel and the price is much better than most hotels in San Francisco!

I felt like a VIP during the most wonderful stay in SF. Amazing location and wonderful caring staff day & night!

My room was so cute & super cozy- comfy bed, pillows, and even the towels were plush.

I worked at this place as a painter during desperate times , I was overworked doing other thing that where not up to code and under pressure by my supervisor , tough mentally seemed as I became fearful of this catacomb like establishment. seniors in this home seam to pray on the innocents as too they are gaming agains humanity . It was a spiteful fearful time in my life that 15 years later still frightens me as I became narcissistic and struggle to much during my meditations as buddist style background

Stayed for a week and everything was great. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room, well located, decent meals. We will definitely be staying back here if we came back to SF.

Housekeeping manager does not care about health and safety of employees. Beware of bedbugs, call department of public health asap because management will say they will fix problem but will only ignore it. Live in employees are afraid to complain out of fear of being fired & evicted. If you are experiencing a bedbug problem contact me to start a class action lawsuit.
