I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and makes you feel you have dealt with con artist. I lived here when previous owners had it and it was the Bungalows. I moved into a 3 bedroom home and now recently downsizing due to an empty nest. Because my first experience was so amazing I quickly reapplied to move back and the worker Lizette is so impersonal and unprofessional. She always answers the phone on speakerphone while dealing with personal information of applicants, she is rude as if calling is a bother for her so she will email important updates at the end of the business day so you aren’t able to respond timely. I paid my money for application just to be dragged along for two weeks saying she couldn’t verify my current rental history and she didn’t use my rental history with them. After I apply elsewhere and I’m approved the same day I ask for a refund for my fees and she ignores my request. Today She finally sends me response telling me my application was denied for unable to verify information. SCAM ARTIST don’t even waste your time applying.

We just moved in last week and I have to say that:

1) Letty has been instrumental in our move-in success. We were moving to Texas from Ohio & had a quick turnaround for work. She was always timely, professional, and accommodating. Absolutely amazing to work with.

2) We love the apartment location. It's near everything & only 20 minutes from Fort Worth & 30 from Dallas. So much to do, but in a quiet & safe neighborhood.

3) We love the renovations in our apartment. Our shower is literally made by the Gods & has amazing water pressure & there were thoughtful touches & paint color, lighting, and an LED fireplace display.

So happy we made this our new home!

I've been in my bungalow for one month and I love it!!! It's very cozy and the community is very nice. From the time I came in to get info on the property to my move in Leticia Gaytan has been very helpful. I like the fact that it's a small community and I don't have to fight for a parking space or even worry about loud noise. The neighbors are very nice and respectful. I'm glad I took my time on finding a place. I call this a hidden gem because you really notice off the main road which I like.

I wish I could give more than five stars. These homes are beautiful and they do a good job keeping the property clean and well kept. I must say what really sold my son on this place was Natasha the manager. As an overbearing and always concerned Momma I went with him to look at places to live. We did not get a good feeling until we came in here. Natasha greeted us with a smile and a bubbly friendly attitude. She really took the time to listen to what Jason wanted and she walked him through the steps since he's new at this. She was so patient with my millions of dumb questions. Again helicopter Momma here. While we were going over paperwork her office got busy. Someone moving in that day came in. Other people who lived at The Bungalows also came in. She handled it very well. Jason and myself loved how well she handled all the people coming in at once. We were so happy to see her call each person out by name and chat with them. She really cares about the people she manages. Sorry my review is so long but she left a lasting impression on me. Jason cannot wait to call The Bungalows his home. Natasha thank you again for being so patient and kind with me. I know I had a lot of dumb questions.

Where do I start I lost my home due to the increase of rent and was looking for a new home for me and my son I came across the Bungalows where I was assisted by Mrs Heather from the first day of speaking with Heather she made me feel like I already had a home before I even applied she is such a sweet lady very courteous great communication skills and great customer service skills before I moved into my home I literally called Heather every day just to make sure everything was good to go if I needed to do anything else if anything else was due for me to pay Mrs Heather stayed in communication with me until I moved in. She made me feel like she knew how bad I needed a home for my child and she assured me that will take place. Even the preference of where I wanted to move in she was able to get the unit for a me.
me and my son are now in our home and we love it I thank you Heather for all you did for me you are awesome

My husband and I recently moved here, and we couldn’t be happier. Natasha, the manger, has been so sweet and helpful! She alone has made it worth staying here. The staff/maintenance has been very friendly and welcoming. Also the Bungalows are in a great location (right near a grocery store, banks and food). The residents have been kind and quiet so far. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere!

We have lived here since August 2016. We are very happy here. When there are maintenance issues they are addressed in a timely manner. We have no complaints with management. When we moved in Natasha was managing and she was then transferred to another property. We are so happy she is back. Staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. This is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly as well. We also enjoy fishing at Lake Arlington it is so close.

Moving to the area in a couple of months, checked out these apartments online. They look great!! Called and spoke to Leticia she was very helpful and sweet. She let me know the elementary school that was nearby since I have a 5 year old. I booked an appointment for next week, can't wait!!
