The new maintenance guy Hunter! Was amazing, he fixed all of my issues in under 2 hours that the previous maintenance forgot to do or ignored to do, he was very polite and showed great professionalism and expertise, and even taught me a few things, I’ve never really made a review for a place or have gone out of my way to say something nice about a company, but Hunter made think otherwise and I think he did a great job and should be recognized for it! I’ll be leaving a good review about the apartment complex just due to Hunter!

I am beyond frustrated with this apartment! I am currently living here, so if they try to respond that this is the "first time" hearing of this or "must have been the last management company", they're liars!
1) NO parking ( which has been mentioned several times before)
2) absolutely no hurry to fix anything!!!! Our dryer has never worked properly. You have to dry everything twice no mater the size of load. I thought with new management, maybe it'd be fixed. Nope. It should be replaced at this point. But also no. Our dishwasher broke. Took forever for them to replace broken part. They replaced the part...incorrectly. Creating a flood in the kitchen floor. Still washing by hand days after a new work order for that one. Our fridge leaks a stinky liquid (looks like water) into the bottom of our fridge. We have to take bottom drawers out every few days to sop up the stinky mess. It's been looked at twice. Their answer? It's how we're puting groceries away in the freezer. Just basically a bunch of bullshit excuses. My guess is that nothing will ever be replaced until we move so our deposit pays for upgrades to replace what should be replaced right now.
Basically be very wary of this complex. I pay $2,500 for a two bedroom two bath after fees. Oh, almost forgot, the handle to our oven falls off every couple months, yeah they know about it...

Big shout out to Hunter our new maintenance man!!!! Friendly, professional and does a great job. He's a big two for two coming through and quickly addressing our problems both times. He quickly handled the problems and insisted we call him immediately if another problem arises.

Horrible apartment complex and definitely unprofessional there’s no parking to start you and your partner can both be on the lease and you’ll still struggle to find a place to park your car and then they have the audacity to tow your car. Number 2 their gates are always broken anybody can get it at anytime they please it’s actually insane that they still call themselves a “gated community” because to be quite honest it’s actually ghetto. Number 3 they don’t no cameras I got my car broken into and they couldn’t help what so ever because they only have cameras by the leasing office which doesn’t make sense if they’re trying to claim they’re this holy safe gated community. Number 4 they’re definitely not military friendly they refused to accept my husbands order which is crazy because now he’s gone and I’m stuck here. And not to mention the racist neighbors one neighbor came at my husband with an axe and called the cops on my husband (my husband is a person of color) so please Choose wisely where you’d apply !

The property is beautiful, safe, and clean. Caitlin the leasing manager is the sweet person you’ll ever meet. Took the time to find the right apartment for me in my budget! Very satisfied.
