We just bought our first home and it was a breeze with The Daley Group from Keller Williams Realty Hoover. Our real estate agent was Zak Jones. He helped us figure out what we wanted in a home and showed us several he thought would be best for us (he is so patient!). When it came time to put in an offer, he advised us on what he thought would be best; the sellers accepted our offer, cancelled their open house for the following day, and he even got them to leave the washer and dryer (which wasn’t in the official contract!). Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Their team made our first time home buying process so easy and enjoyable! They kept us informed and confident every step of the way! We would 100% recommend their team. Thank you Zak, Marissa, and Joseph from the Daley Group—Keller Williams!

Hands down the best agent in Birmingham. My fiancé and I started the journey of buying our first home together and reached out to Joseph. We didn’t realize we were buying in a sellers market, but Joseph helped educate us about the differences and showed us exactly what we needed to do to win. After his advice, we made a winning offer on our first try! We closed and absolutely love our new home. He even advised us to choose the best home warranty which ended up replacing our water heater and our HVAC system in the first year. Thanks to his advice, the home warranty covered these items when weren’t prepared to. It was the biggest blessing. Thanks to Joseph and The Daley Group! We will never use another agent as long as he’s in business!

Joseph Daley helped us find our dream home in 2017. We were to move everything in on a Saturday, and somehow the power was turned off for some reason. Joseph met my husband at Alabama Power. He worked his magic to get the workers out to fix the meter box.

Joseph is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents I have ever worked with. We have used him to both sell and buy now, and each time his hard work and expertise made the process very easy and efficient. When problems came up, he was able to work them with ease. He also has a fantastic team that makes both the home buying and selling process very smooth, while keeping you up to date every step of the way.
