As of April 1st I moved out. Since August 2023 I have been over charged rent. I was billed month-to-month paying way more than a yearly lease. Management NEVER corrected the issue, would NOT answer calls, does NOT respond to emails, and when you go in the office the leasing consultants do NOT assist. Conveniently, after I submitted my 30 day notice (2/28) to vacate on March 21st I received a signed lease as if I was being charged a yearly lease term. I immediately called the office to tell them it’s a little too late to try to correct the issue when they should have signed the lease back in August acknowledging a year lease term. April 1st I turned my keys in. No one said anything to me when I was in the office. Then ALL of a sudden I received multiple calls from the office stating they were UNAWARE I moved out (weird). They requested me to forward my 30 day notice. The office is COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. They did not even acknowledge the email.

My move-in was a horrible experience.
-We can’t access our mailboxes again for weeks again.
-Kitchen sink is backed up for over a month because garbage disposal continues to not work and I do not put any food down the drain.
-My car in MY parking space was tagged to be towed because someone stole my registration on the property. MANAGEMENT ONLY CONCERN IS FOLKS CARS.
-I am on a month-month lease paying way more than I should when I signed a 1 year lease. Management has yet to resolved and respond.
-This place has become the dumps.
-Management and the Leasing Agents are NOT friendly unless you are a potential applicant.
-If you are a resident, they screen the calls with CALLER ID.
-Leasing Consultants and Managers will not respond to emails in a timely manner or will ignore your email.
-Visitor parking is horrible here, office hours and staff takes most the front visitor parking everyday. Possibly 25 visitor parking for the ENTIRE complex-only 5 passes per month (ITS A JOKE).
-My nephew had rats coming in their unit through the roof into the kitchen (more than once)- MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO MOVE THEM IN ANOTHER UNIT.
-The COST for a second parking space is HIGH and the space will NOT be close to your building.
-Cars are towed ALL the time (office staff does not care if your car is towed).
-Cars are broken into ALL the time and stolen on property.
-The mail locker room is horrible, packages STOLEN ALL THE TIME because packages are thrown on the floor because delivery drivers don’t have access to the lockers or the lockers aren’t working.
-Mailboxes are broken into ALL the time (Management response contact postal services).
-Gym access-the gym door has to be propped open 24hrs because residents key fobs don’t work-they refuse to fix the fob issue. I have never had access to the gym unless door is open.
-ALL the gates barely work including gate doors.
-The back of the apartment is always FULL of garbage and stinks.
-The back buildings look like the projects. The closer you get to the back of the complex the worse the exterior looks.
-The landscaping is HORRIBLE in most areas besides in front of the office area.
-The dog park is horrible.
-The kids playground is disgusting. Stinks like pee, it’s tagged with writing all over the
play structure. It’s NEVER CLEANED.
-Some of the laundry rooms are maintenance storage room (inside and out)-looks ghetto as hell.
-Dog poop everywhere.
-EXCESSIVE inspections.

This place has gone so downhill it's ridiculous.

I've been calling for months for multiple issues and have not got a return phone call for any issue. No one is ever in the office because theyre constantly understaffed. They've had management and employee issues for the 2 years I've currently lived here and the 3 years I lived here in the past. No one can ever help, answer the phone, or know what's going on.

They also paid employees to get people to leave good reviews. That's why there is such a strong difference in the real reviews vs. the fake ones.

They contract with All Brauns Towing and get a cut of the money they're getting from all of the residents who get their cars towed. The tow company patrols the apartments more than the non existent security. It makes the complex not secure since they allow them in at all hours.

You also cannot call security for issues because the number isn't connected to the office. If you need them at nighttime you're screwed.

Mail always getting broken into. It took them 9+ months to fix the broken mailboxes, and they cancelled the valet trash service so it costs more now for trash.

Roaches. Multiple reports in many units. They don't even have someone come spray for them before moving new tenants into the apartments, even if the previous tenant had a biohazard in their unit.

The gate constantly breaks and cars are always getting stolen or broken in to.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and can’t believe I forgot to put a review after leaving. These apartments were wonderful. I had such friendly and loving neighbors, everyone was super nice. Including management in the leasing office. I’ve never got my car broken into and maintenance were very nice. I’d always give them a snack/treat once they would come repair anything. Management was excellent. They were always very understanding and always showed empathy. They’re there to help you, really. I loved it here and if I could come back, I would. Thank you for everything Alvista.

Yea I currently live here, I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. My partner didn’t realize My keys were on the counter. I called the emergency maintenance and they basically told me that I was on my own cuz they don’t do lock outs apparently. After the locksmith tried to charge me 400 for just drilling holes in my lock. I called maintenance again and told them I need a lock replacement and they basically told me off and made me feel really stupid over a mistake. I also have rust in my shower corners. Plumbing sucks here and the manager jay is very rude and doesn’t care at all. Once my lease is up I’m out.

The staff is good, Brenda is the greatest. The new maintenance crew is way better than previous one from a year ago.

Please don't apply this is a scam company
Their prices are completely different from those website. They will use a low price to induce you to apply, and then change the price after you pay the application fee.
When you send an email to ask refund, they will say that there is a system mistake and never reply again , even you call them nobody answer the phone.
And also the special offer is a trap, if u ask use it ,they will say it’s expired, my friends help ask it, they Said it’s not apply to 1b1b, never trust them!
Save your money plz don’t apply! I am so lucky didn’t pay the deposit fee!

I lived at the Bridge from 2014 - 2017.

1.Fees - Make sure to add all the fees to rent before getting the real price. Water, garbage, extra parking spot ($50, only 1 included in rent), pet rent ($50 per dog, $500 deposit) can add up to $150-$200+ more per month

2. If your problem cannot be solved by the front office expect it to never get fixed. Lidia Z., the manager, will flat out lie to your face. She will never follow up with you about anything, ever.

3. Parking - The extra space you pay $50 for is extremely tight and made for parking only, not exiting your vehicle. See my pictures for more details.

4. Water issues galore. The water is constantly being turned off with notice either not being given, or giving you a heads up the morning of. Besides that expect lots of leaks and mold issues.

5. Maintenance - Is understaffed. Unless water is flooding into your apartment expect your fix to take awhile. The people on staff are friendly and good at what they do, they just need more people doing it.

6. Amenities - They are adding more to make the place seem more high end but it just adds more fees to your bill. They added door to door trash pick up but that is adding an extra $15 a month to your already inflated costs. They have also added a package pickup room, but half the time things are not logged so you are waiting on items that have already been "delivered".

7. Trash - They just cannot seem to get the trash situation under control. The dumpster areas always seem to be flooded with an ocean of trash. The smell during the summer will knock your socks off!

8. Fixtures are cheap. Even in the "updated" units. Drawers were constantly breaking, counter tops were cheap laminate, dishwasher never seemed to fully clean dishes, issues are painted over, etc.

9.Gates - Constantly broken. Most of the time were just left open 24/7..so much for security...

10.Grounds - The front area of the complex (off Industrial) is kept up very nicely..while the back end (off of Depot) is trashy, messy, and looks very different from the front. Check out the entire complex before you sign!

11.Size - Not a big deal but this complex is HUGE. Constantly had delivery people getting lost, friends endlessly circling the complex, etc.

I would not recommend this place. The reviews all speak for themselves, renters beware!
